A few words about Coley’s…

    Coley’s American Bistro is a restaurant for any occasion.  Located in the heart of downtown Columbia, Coley’s offers a comfortable yet classy destination for anything from cocktails and appetizers to unique dinner entrees.

    Coley’s staff is dedicated to providing their guests with an experience that will make them return.  The menu showcases cuisines with influence from different parts of the world, but prepared with a comforting touch of home.

    From the sauces and salad dressings to the crab cakes and half-pound burgers, almost everything on the menu is produced from scratch with fresh ingredients.

    In terms of great local restaurants and cuisine, Coley’s is a wonderful example of what Columbia has to offer.

About the Owner

    Brian Coley opened Coley’s in October of 2008 just five months after graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

    Coley’s was a restaurant only on paper for much of his senior year in college.  When the current location of Coley’s on 6th Street, formerly Reilly’s Grill One-5, became available for lease, Coley jumped on the opportunity and began the process of opening his first restaurant.
